The Alameda County Community Development Agency and the Alameda County Small Business Development Center are pleased to present:

Advanced Food Business Entrepreneurial Training Academy

This 10-part comprehensive course is designed for industry professionals seeking to start a food business in Alameda County, those that currently own a food business or FBETA graduates seeking business assistance. The goal of the course is to assist food businesses and food business owners.

This intensive course is both lecture presentation and collaborative in-class exercises.

Classes will be held on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning February 25th, 2019 in Downtown Oakland.

Course Topics will cover:

Overall Business Assessment and Benchmarks
Cost of Goods Sold
Financial Statement Literacy and Efficiency
Human Resources
Brand and Branding
Cash Flow
Growth Models and Benchmark Achievement Plans

While this is a free course for business owners seeking to grow business in Alameda County, an application process is required.

Space is limited and not everyone will be accepted.
